5.7 Thursday Mu Feng Evening Market Analysis

On the white-screen trading session, Bitcoin (the “big pie”) is consolidating and fluctuating around 81,000. The shakeout looks fierce, but the daily bullish trend remains unchanged—every moving average is arranged in a bullish order, and the strength of the trend is clear at a glance.

The hourly chart is engaging in narrow-range consolidation within 80,500-82,500. The Bollinger Bands are tightening and waiting for a direction to be chosen. The MACD and RSI indicators remain persistently strong, and the bears can’t produce even a decent signal. The pattern of bulls controlling the market has never changed.

In terms of strategy, continue to mainly buy the dips and add longs.
If there is a pullback into the 80,500-79,500 range, you may enter a long position with a light allocation. The target is in the 82,000-82,500 area.
Only if it effectively breaks below 79,000 should you consider switching to a short position following the trend. At any time, strictly control your position size, set your stop-loss, and don’t let short-term fluctuations throw you off your pace. $BTC
