Lately, I've been asked "What should I choose: hardware wallet/multi-signature/social recovery?" I roll my eyes: first, look at your asset size and how forgetful you are... Don't mess around with small amounts and lock yourself out; a hardware wallet is enough, at least to move the private key out of the messy environment of your computer and phone.

When your assets reach a certain amount (the point where you'll start losing sleep), multi-signature is really worth it, but don't just copy templates; don't put partners/devices/locations all in one basket.
Social recovery sounds great, suitable for those who are afraid of losing seed phrases and are lazy, but "social" also means human nature; choosing guardians is even more difficult than choosing coins.
By the way, before and after the upgrade of that mainstream public chain, everyone is guessing whether the ecosystem will migrate. I just want to say: I don't know if the chain will migrate, but don't let your key management follow your emotions.
A few days ago, I almost uninstalled the wallet plugin to avoid accidentally signing transactions out of impulse... In the end, I held back and changed to whitelist + small hot wallet for daily use, large amounts are handled cold; anyway, less dreaming and more isolation.
