I recently came across a trader's comment in the feed — his entire message boiled down to one thing: everyone around is scamming, the exchange is hunting, making money is impossible. And honestly? That’s not an opinion. That’s a diagnosis. And right now, half of the crypto community is in that state.
I’ve long noticed a pattern. When a person starts saying that the market is against them personally, that all traders are fakes, and that the exchange wipes them out to zero — that’s not about the market. That’s about their mindset at that specific moment.
Here’s how it usually develops. You enter a position earlier than you should — taking risks based on feelings. Then you move your stop because the loss is psychologically pressing. After a small loss, you desperately want to recover it — increasing your position size. You get angry at yourself but blame the market. And suddenly, it seems like the market is deliberately working against you.
I’ve identified several signs of this state. If at least 3-4 points match — you’re no longer trading according to your plan. You’re just releasing tension through trades. And then the standard cycle begins: loss, anger, impulsive trade, new loss. The circle closes.
But here’s the point. You’re losing not because trading is impossible or the exchange is against you. You’re losing because, at the moment of opening a position, you lack three things: a trading structure, emotional control, and a clear decision. Everything else is a consequence.
If you recognize yourself in this description — honestly review your last 10 trades. Are you really trading according to a system, or are you just reacting to market movements? These are different things. And the answer to this question is the beginning of change.
