just saw that charlie noyes is stepping down from paradigm as a general partner. wild that he joined at 19 and spent 8 years building the whole thing from scratch. respect for that kind of commitment honestly. charlie noyes apparently isn't totally leaving though - he's staying on as a board observer for their prediction market stuff and will keep supporting portfolio companies. interesting move. he's saying the next plans come next year so we'll see what's next. the guy basically grew up at paradigm so this is kind of a big deal in the vc space
