Techub News reports that, according to Blockonomi, Grayscale adjusted its DeFi fund holdings after an assessment in the first quarter of 2026, adding Ethena (ENA) and removing Aerodrome Finance. According to the CoinDesk DeFi Select Index methodology, Ethena received a 13.59% weight, becoming the fund’s fourth-largest holding asset. After the adjustment, the fund’s top four holdings are Uniswap (35.22%), Aave (21.36%), Ondo (19.83%), and Ethena (13.59%), while Curve and Lido DAO account for 5.27% and 4.73%, respectively. Meanwhile, the Grayscale Smart Contract Fund also completed a rebalance, with Ethereum maintaining a dominant position with a 30.14% weight.
