Unique anti-counterfeiting technology, this method is brilliant.
When a friend was renovating his house and buying cables, each roll of cable he received had a one-yuan Chinese banknote tucked inside.
At first, he thought it was a thoughtful gift from the seller, until the delivery driver explained the reason.
It turns out that the cable industry is plagued with counterfeit products, and manufacturers have invested heavily in developing anti-counterfeiting technology, but even this sophisticated high-tech anti-counterfeiting method has been cracked by unscrupulous merchants.
Helpless, the manufacturer came up with a clever idea: each roll of cable leaves the factory with a one-yuan banknote, and the serial number on the banknote is recorded into the system and linked to the cable's serial number.
Customers only need to verify the serial number upon receipt to confirm authenticity.
After all, counterfeiting Chinese banknotes is a serious crime, and even the boldest merchants dare not cross that red line.
