All employees of the Korean storage company share the profits, the first time in human history!

Samsung and SK Hynix in Korea are expected to both surpass 1 trillion RMB in net profit this year. Among them, SK Hynix's per capita bonus is about 3 million RMB this year, expected to reach 6.1 million next year.
Covering all full-time employees, from engineers to security guards, workers, drivers, receptionists, without exception.
In addition, the company plans to allocate about 10% of operating profits for performance bonuses, forming an institutionalized distribution.
A large factory with 35,000 employees
Full coverage of all staff
Per capita over 6 million
10% profit mandatory dividend
This is the first time in human capitalist history, marking a revolution in distribution systems driven by the dividends of technological revolutions.
In Korea, among the 50 million population, those unable to get a job at Hynix choose to become shareholders.
Everyone trades stocks and uses leverage across the board, betting on SK Hynix and Samsung, with similarly substantial returns.
As Buffett said, people only need to be rich once. Even if future industry cycles pass, the wealth accumulated during this upward phase for shareholders, executives, and ordinary employees will be enough to last a lifetime.
Whenever recalling this period of rapid wealth accumulation, it’s likely to wake you up laughing in your dreams.
Looking at us, although we have formed monopolies in fields like batteries and photovoltaics, we are becoming more and more competitive internally, yet technological leadership has not translated into inclusive dividends, which is worth deep reflection.
