Tencent and others invest in the robotics dexterous hand developer at a critical point

Mars Finance News, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Shanghai Critical Point Innovation Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, adding Tencent’s Shanghai Qishan Investment Co., Ltd. and Baidu’s Sanya Baichuan Zhixin Private Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) as new shareholders. At the same time, the registered capital increased from approximately 5.54 million RMB to approximately 5.97 million RMB.
The company was established in January of this year, with Wang Chuang as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of artificial intelligence hardware, sales of intelligent robots, research and development of intelligent robots, among others. It is currently jointly held by Zhiyuan Innovation (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Lan Chi Xin Hao Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), and the aforementioned new shareholders.
Public information shows that the company was spun off from Zhiyuan Robotics’ dexterous hand business and is a global technology company focused on robot end-effectors, especially the research, development, and production of dexterous hands.
