Bullish Shares Jump After $4.2B Equiniti Deal

Bullish shares rose more than 11% after the company agreed to acquire Equiniti for $4.2 billion. Clear Street said the deal could reposition Bullish from crypto trading toward tokenization infrastructure by adding issuer access and transfer-agent authority. Equiniti services nearly 3,000 public companies, including more than 30% of the S&P 500 and over half of the FTSE 100.
