After asking for a long time without any clear answer, I finally used a crawler and found that the provided API is for a normal account, and it’s different from the MT5 ID used for signal accounts. This is way too amateur! And this is still the customer service for quantitative trading! For this broken issue, I spent several days, and in the end, it was only after I identified the problem that they told me it’s not supported? Purely disgusting.
