Just reviewed last night’s close call with the new L2 “early bird” launch—almost slipped and went for it. Luckily, I stopped to check on the on-chain data… I was scared: the queue on the bridge was painfully long, and the ordering wasn’t transparent. I was really worried I might think the funds arrived when they were still on the way. To put it simply, don’t be scared by words like “data availability / ordering / finality,” just focus on one main point: when do you see the balance and trades as real, who’s deciding the order, and whether issues can be recovered.

TVL dropped, I said it’s cooling off, but seeing real users still active and retention not dropping that much, I couldn’t help but slowly add some.
By the way, I checked the funding rates again—they’re extreme. The group is arguing whether to reverse or keep squeezing the bubble…
What I care more about now is: under this kind of emotional fluctuation, even a slightly slower on-chain confirmation can cause people to panic. Just hold on for now.
