This comes as insiders, including CEO William Demchak and EVP Louis Cestello, have also sold significant amounts of company stock. Despite insider selling, PNC reported strong Q4 earnings, beating estimates with an EPS of $4.32 and a 13.1% rise in revenue year-over-year, and declared a quarterly dividend of $1.70.
