Honestly, unrealized losses can keep me awake more than unrealized gains. When the account shows a profit, I’m surprisingly calm, even too lazy to check; once it turns red, my mind automatically starts reviewing: Did I take the wrong path with this nonce, should I have withdrawn earlier, am I just “thinking I’m patient” again... The thing I fear most isn’t losing money, but that even though nothing major has happened on the chain, my emotions lead me to change plans recklessly. Recently, those new L1/L2s are offering incentives to attract TVL, and veteran users complain about “mining, then selling,” I understand that feeling too: you work hard waiting for the ecosystem, only to be used as a cash machine by others. Anyway, I now have one rule: don’t focus on PnL, focus on addresses and flow, and sleep a little better.
