Today, reporters learned that due to the lack of scientific and universal standards and testing methods for intelligent evaluation in the field of measurement and control equipment intelligence assessment, the difficulty in uniformly measuring the performance of intelligent optimization and application effects of measurement and control equipment has become a problem. The State Administration for Market Regulation organized domestic leading technological forces to carry out research on equipment system intelligence standards, testing, metrology, certification technology, and device development, achieving a series of innovative results and improving the infrastructure for intelligent evaluation quality.
The research team innovatively utilized natural language processing and artificial intelligence clustering technology to construct a universal evaluation index system for measurement and control equipment intelligence and a typical measurement and control equipment evaluation index system. Based on a subjective-objective combined weighting method, they built an evaluation model for measurement and control equipment intelligence. The related research organized and formed a series of standards at the international, national, and group levels.
The team overcame key testing and metrology technologies such as digital twin evaluation methods, reference datasets, and model credibility measurement, forming a collection of typical measurement and control equipment intelligence evaluation methods. They developed and built a digital twin measurement system for measurement and control equipment and physical entity testing devices, enabling the testability and quantifiability of the intelligence level of measurement and control equipment.
The related research results led to the creation of an integrated measurement and control equipment intelligence evaluation system and an evaluation certification model. They have conducted intelligent evaluation verification on six typical types of measurement and control equipment, built three sets of physical testing scenarios, and established a testing, metrology, and certification integrated evaluation system supported by core technologies and foundational data.
