Abstract generation in progress

Aave borrowing costs for USDC and USDT fell to 5% or less annually, down from 13%–14% last month after the KelpDAO hack strained liquidity. The squeeze began after whales withdrew millions in coins from Aave, which left borrowing pools short of stablecoin liquidity. Normalization followed proposed Aave governance measures and more than $160 million in relief funding.
