Recently, during the airdrop season, a bunch of task platforms have implemented point systems and anti-fraud measures, and I’m really starting to lose interest in grinding... In the past, it was just a quick interaction or two, calculating gas costs to see if it was worth it; now it’s like clocking in at work, staring at scores and rankings every day, missing a day makes my mood explode.

The platforms aren’t fools either, with all kinds of profiling/associations, trying to game multiple accounts for points is increasingly like outsmarting risk control, and it also costs a bunch of on-chain expenses.
My mom even asked me: Are you just clicking around all day “getting paid”? I can only say maybe, but in the end, there might be nothing at all... Anyway, I now prefer to do less, choose interaction paths that are cheap, do bulk whenever possible, and not turn myself into a tool.
