Claude and SpaceX reach an agreement to significantly increase computing power capacity
Golden Finance reports that Claude, a subsidiary of Anthropic, has announced a partnership with SpaceX to significantly increase its computing power capacity and enhance the usage limits for Claude Code and Claude API, including doubling the 5-hour rate limit for Claude Code on Pro, Max, and Team subscription plans; removing rate limiting for Claude Code during peak hours on Pro and Max plans; and greatly increasing the API rate limits for the Opus model. Claude will also utilize all computing resources of SpaceX’s Colossus 1 data center, with an expected deployment capacity of over 300 megawatts added within one month.
