I am especially opposed to the words "hometown." What does "hometown" mean? Men have no real hometown; they are at home wherever they go. Wherever you can make money, that is where your home is; wherever you can grow and become stronger, that is where your home is. The place that is more suitable for survival, with better opportunities and a better life, is worth staying. Don’t always tie people down with those vague and intangible concepts. Who isn’t coming into this world for the first time? People should have the freedom to choose where to go. Many times, it’s just a matter of a train ticket and a short journey. But some people always want to use household registration, region, and human relationships to trap someone in place, in the area with the least resources and opportunities, and then demand that you unconditionally bear, contribute, and "serve" those who simply cannot change their situation. If a place only consumes you, drags you down, and doesn’t give you growth and hope, then leaving is not shameful. People should move toward a broader world, not be bound for a lifetime by the words "hometown."
