Huayou Cobalt: Plans to acquire Atlantic Lithium for $210 million
Mars Finance News: On May 7, Huayou Cobalt announced that the company has signed the “Implementation Agreement” and related agreement attachments with Atlantic Lithium Limited. The company plans to acquire 100% equity through an agreement arrangement. The transaction consideration is $210 million (excluding capital gains tax), and the final purchase price will be determined based on the capital gains tax applied by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
