The more grassroots and resource-scarce a circle is, the more it tends to be filled with complicated and chaotic "rules." Truly high-level people value strength, results, and the rules themselves; communication and doing things are usually simple and straightforward. Conversely, some lower-level environments especially emphasize face, hierarchy, and etiquette, with human relationships everywhere manipulating behavior. The fewer resources people have, the more they like to manipulate others with superficial rules; the more mediocre one's abilities, the more eager they are to use so-called "rules" to showcase their presence. The strong rely on systems to constrain people and cooperation, while the weak are accustomed to using human feelings to drain and bind others. Capable people focus on results; incapable people always fixate on attitude and nitpick. If you can't match true skills, you can only compete in manners and etiquette details. Many so-called "rules" are never about integrity and order, but about suppressing young people, bullying honest folks, and letting some people show off based on hierarchy and status, seeking superiority in trivial matters. Ultimately, the narrower your vision, the lower your cognition, and the less genuine cards you hold, the easier it is to waste energy on these meaningless formalities. Moving forward, stay away from toxic circles that drain you, and avoid being dragged down by useless human relationships. Break free from meaningless rules, stand on strength, and don't let societal norms and human feelings waste half your life for nothing.
