After seven liquidation events, I finally learned how to make money

The 400k yuan in my account was grown from a few thousand U. Not luck, but after seven collapses, I finally learned about cognition
The core is three words: control, trend, and rolling
Control — how to manage position size?
Always full position, only move 20% of total funds each time. Set stop-loss at 2%-3% per trade, exit once exceeded. Only two trades per day, then close the software. Emotions running high will definitely lead to losses
Trend — how to judge the trend?
Don’t look at K-lines below 1 hour, they are all noise. Only trade coins with moving average bullish alignment, 20-day moving average above the 50-day. Wait for the price to retest the 20-day line, decrease volume to stop the fall before entering, avoid chasing high in the stock market
Rolling — how to roll profits?
Add positions only when floating profit exceeds 5%, and fill the loss gap. Use a pyramid structure for adding positions, decreasing each time. Take profits in stages: take profit at 5% rise at the top, at 8% rise again, and set remaining positions to break-even or stop-loss to lock in profits
Here's an actual trading example:
On a 4-hour chart with bullish moving average alignment, price retests the 20-day line with decreasing volume to stop the fall. Enter 20% of the base position, set stop-loss at 2.5%. When floating profit reaches 5%, add 10%; at 8% profit, reduce one-third to lock in gains; remaining positions move stop-loss up to break even. This trade yielded a 12% profit.

After seven liquidation events, I finally learned how to make money
The 400k yuan in my account was rolled out from a few thousand U. Not luck, but after seven collapses, I finally learned about cognition
The core is three words: control, flow, roll
Control — how to control the position?
Always full position, only move 20% of total funds each time. Stop loss at 2%-3% per trade, exit once exceeded. Only two operations per day, then close the software. When emotions take over, you will definitely lose money
Flow — how to judge the trend?
Don’t look at K-lines below 1 hour, they are all noise. Only trade coins with a bullish moving average arrangement, 20-day moving average above the 50-day. Wait for the price to retrace to the 20-day line, shrink volume to stop the decline, then enter; in the stock market, chase high
Roll — how to roll profits?
Add positions only when floating profit exceeds 5%, and fill the loss gap. Use a pyramid structure for adding positions, decreasing each time. Take profits in stages: take profit at a 5% increase at the top, at 8% increase at the top again, and set remaining positions to break-even to lock in profits
Here's an actual operation example:
A 4-hour timeframe with a bullish moving average arrangement, price retraces to the 20-day line with shrinking volume to stop the decline. Bottom position enters 20%, stop loss at 2.5%. Floating profit of 5% adds 10%, floating profit of 8% reduces one-third to lock in gains, remaining positions move stop loss up to break even. This trade yielded a 12% profit.
