By the end of April 2026, Morgan Chase's 37-year-old female executive Lorna Hajdini was sued by her 35-year-old former male colleague Chirayu Rana for "sexual slavery." Rana accused Hajdini of using her authority since 2024 to engage in long-term sexual harassment, forcing sexual acts, and repeatedly administering date-rape drugs and Viagra to control him, along with racial slurs and professional threats. The case details quickly went viral worldwide after being exposed.

However, internal investigations by Morgan Chase and criminal investigations by the Manhattan District Attorney's Office (DA) found no evidence to support the allegations, and the case has been closed. Hajdini and the bank both insist that the accusations are "completely fabricated."

As part of victim support procedures, the DA referred Rana for psychological counseling (non-residential treatment) after the investigation concluded. He had previously sought therapy and claimed to suffer from PTSD.
