Mars Finance News, May 7 — The three major U.S. stock indices closed higher collectively, with the Nasdaq up 2.02% at 25,838.94 points, the S&P 500 up 1.46% at 7,365.08 points, and the Dow Jones up 1.24% at 49,910.59 points. Nvidia rose over 5%, with a total market value back above $5 trillion. AMD surged over 18%, hitting a new all-time high, with a total market value exceeding $680 billion, ranking 18th globally. Tesla and Google-A rose over 2%, Apple and Meta increased over 1%, Microsoft rose 0.63%, Amazon gained 0.53%, and Netflix increased 0.36%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index closed up 3.53%, Baidu rose 11.53%, Kingsoft Cloud increased 8.44%, Alibaba and Century Internet rose over 6%, and Tims China gained 3.03%.
