Just now I got the itch to chase after it again, and the moment I clicked on the candlestick chart I knew about 80% of it was emotions pushing the position, not information. Honestly, if there was real information, I would first check on-chain data, bridges, and contract interactions for anomalies, see if capital flow is rushing in and out in waves, rather than obsessing over the price increase. Recently, those new L1/L2s have started offering incentives to boost TVL, and veteran users complain "mining, selling" — which isn’t without reason. TVL looks lively, but retention and actual usage are the true load-bearing beams of the market top. My partner next to me mutters: every time you say stay calm, your hands are faster than anyone’s… Fine, I’ll turn off the order button first, and wait until alerts and indicators give me a reason I can understand before I say anything.
