Last night, the group was again sharing the story of "a certain stablecoin losing its peg" and "regulations coming to crack down." I almost hesitated and moved all my positions... After calming down and thinking, let's not look at the emotions first, but focus on three small things about "credibility": Is GitHub still actively updating recently (not that kind of no activity for half a year then suddenly releasing a major version), are the audit reports clearly stating the scope / what is not covered (many pitfalls are hidden in "not audited"), and then there's the upgrade permissions—who are the multisig signers, what are the thresholds, and can they bypass the timelock. What scared me was that I almost transferred my funds across the bridge just now; before confirming, I glanced at the permissions list and found that the multisig upgrade still involves a small circle of a few people. Forget it, I won't be a noob textbook; slow and steady.
