ARM stock surged after the market closed, then fell more than 7%; fiscal year 2026 Q4 revenue of $1.49 billion exceeded market expectations

Arm’s fiscal year 2026 Q4 revenue was $1.49 billion, compared to $1.24B in the same period last year, with market expectations of $1.47B;
Adjusted earnings per share (EPS) for the fourth quarter were $0.60, while IBES forecasted $0.58.
Arm AGI CPU demand remains strong, with an expected scale exceeding $2 billion in 2027-28.
The company projects first-quarter revenue of $1.26 billion, with market expectations of $1.25 billion;
and expects adjusted EPS for the first fiscal quarter to be $0.40, with IBES expectations at $0.36. (Dongxin News)
