I muted the group, and suddenly the world became quiet, missing that anxiety of "everyone is earning testnet points, I’ll miss out if I don’t earn too." To be honest, once practice becomes expectations, it starts to get addictive, and my kind of contrarian indicator makes me prone to slips.

Now my self-imposed "stop-loss" is pretty simple: run for no more than an hour a day, stop immediately if I get stuck / need to add Gas / start thinking about recharging or buying tools, and revisit the next day. Testnets are just for practice, no need to treat them like real money.

Recently, I've been talking about rate cut expectations, the US dollar index moving up and down with risk assets, which makes it even easier to feel like "the window is opening, go all in." But my experience is: the more consensus there is, the easier it is to get trapped, especially with these point expectations. Anyway, for now, silence really can save lives.
