Aave Seeks Release of $71M ETH Frozen in Arbitrum Recovery Dispute
Aave filed an emergency motion to release about $71 million in ETH that was frozen under a restraining order tied to Arbitrum DAO. Aave said the notice was served on May 1 and targets funds earmarked for victims of the Apr. 18 exploit. Arbitrum’s Security Council had already used emergency powers on Apr. 21 to move 30,765 ETH into a recovery pool.
