Lately, I really can't keep up with the task platforms anymore. Clearly it's "working for tokens," but it’s starting to feel more like going to work: clocking in, taking screenshots, filling out forms, and maintaining a decent schedule for a bunch of accounts. The most annoying part is that the shadow of the witch is always overhead, and the scoring system is opaque, like being watched by an invisible HR monitoring attendance. Doing too much risks being flagged as abnormal; doing too little risks missing airdrops. Honestly, it’s emotional labor.

I actually want to spend more time on NFT projects: viewing artworks, checking the treasury, seeing if the cash flow is really coming in… but as soon as I open the task list, reality pulls me back. Recently, the community has been arguing about privacy coins, mixing, and compliance boundaries, which also feels like an extension of this issue: wanting a bit of freedom but afraid that the rules might change at any moment. In the end, it becomes “be a little more obedient to get rewards.”

Anyway, I’m currently choosing to do only a small amount of tasks I can understand logically, taking it slow, and not turning on-chain activity into KPI metrics. How about you?
