Techub News reports that, according to the U.S. Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) announcement, the organization has included Ripple Prime in its tokenization services working group, planning to collaborate with over 50 financial institutions to develop the service, with a pilot test scheduled for July 2026 and an official launch in October. The working group also includes traditional financial and DeFi institutions such as Bank of America, Citibank, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Circle, and others. DTCC stated that this service will support real-world assets such as stocks, precious metals, and bonds to exist on the blockchain in the form of digital tokens, and will ensure cross-chain interoperability. Ripple Prime is a prime brokerage business established after Ripple acquired Hidden Road.
