NUVA Digital Completes $5.2 Million Seed Round Financing Led by Morgan Creek Digital
On April 28, RWA trading platform NUVA Digital announced the completion of a $5.2 million seed round financing, led by Morgan Creek Digital. NUVA, co-developed by Animoca Brands and Nuva Labs, allows users to deposit via stablecoins with a single click, mint yield-bearing composable tokens, and provides on-chain proof of reserves without minimum deposit or lock-up requirements. The funding will be used to accelerate platform development and ecosystem expansion, including enhancing the treasury market, attracting more issuers, multi-chain deployment, building institutional-grade tools, and advancing the issuance of NUVA’s functional tokens. The company stated that this financing marks its transition from the early development phase to a stage focused on Total Value Locked (TVL) and user growth, aiming to address the fragmentation in the RWA market and create a unified entry point.
