Digi Power X Company Signs a 10-Year Joint Data Center Hosting Agreement for AI Data Centers Valued at $1.1 Billion with Cerebras Company
Digi Power X signed a master service agreement with Cerebras Systems to build an AI data center complex with a capacity of 40 megawatts in Columbiana, Alabama.
The initial agreement, lasting 10 years, is valued at approximately $1.1 billion USD, with the total potential value reaching $2.5 billion USD including renewals.
The project is scheduled to be implemented in two phases: the first phase with a capacity of 15 megawatts, expected to be operational by December 15, 2026; the second phase, with a capacity of 25 megawatts, is expected to be operational by the end of the first quarter of 2027.
Revenue is expected to begin in late 2026, with full operation achieved in the first quarter of 2027.
The agreement includes an expansion option valued at up to $1.4 billion USD.
