Innovation City Launches Blockchain Business IDs for Registered Firms
Innovation City launched a blockchain-based business identity system that is intended at launch to cover its existing client base of over 1,000 companies. Each registered company receives a cryptographically verifiable identity on OPN Chain for access and verification inside the free zone’s digital ecosystem. Jimi Ibrahim of IOPn said partner access may expand over time, but he did not name banks, regulators or exchanges that currently accept the credentials.
