🇺🇸 US equities can absolutely grind higher when ISM Manufacturing PMI moves back above its long‑run average. Historically, when ISM Manufacturing is above 50 and rising, forward 6–12 month S&P returns tend to skew positive as markets price improving demand, better margins, and a lower recession probability.


We will also have a new Federal Reserve Chair soon. Kevin Warsh has recently sounded more dovish, pointing to AI as a structural force that could push inflation lower.
It is also clear that President Trump has expressed a preference for lower interest rates and additional monetary easing. He selected Kevin Warsh with that broader policy direction in mind.
