Today, I was checking on-chain data and found it both funny and frustrating: For the same transaction, I see it still pending with A's RPC, but B's RPC shows it already confirmed, and the indexing website is still a bit slow... As a result, the group chat is already shouting "This is how it is on the chain," I said: What's that? What you're seeing might be "the delayed on-chain." Basically, node synchronization, RPC queuing, and indexing into the database can all cause delays, especially with the current incentives and points expectations on the testnet. Everyone's watching like they're grabbing red envelopes, and as soon as there's a delay, they start guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens. Anyway, before I put funds into the pool, besides calculating volatility and fees, I also need to confirm the data source first, so I don't get fed fake anxiety from delays. That's it for now, being cautious is never wrong.
