Lately I've been looking at a few PFP and membership pass projects, and they all sound pretty good: branding, community, long-term value… Honestly, my first reaction now is to ask myself: besides profile pictures and "group entry privileges," what else can I do with this? If the answer is only "maybe in the future," then it's probably just short-term attention, and once the hype dies down, it'll be gone.
Recently, the AI Agent and automated trading narratives have been really popular too. The idea of on-chain interactions with one click sounds very convenient, but I also feel a bit uneasy: the time saved might be doubled back in authorization, signatures, or phishing risks. Anyway, I’d rather go slower now—give fewer permissions if possible, avoid scripts if I can.
But I’m not completely against it either. Some memberships are like service subscriptions, with tangible benefits and stable updates, and I’d be willing to hold onto those long-term as a "ticket." Just don’t try to fool me with "co-creation in the future" anymore—I’ve been through that a few times… Let’s leave it at that for now.
