Bitcoin reached $82,833 before reversing after Donald Trump said Iran’s agreement to a reported 14-point truce was “perhaps, a big assumption.” BTC/USD later circled $81,500 as the reported deal linked to resumed oil traffic through the Strait of Hormuz lost momentum. WTI dropped more than 10% before rebounding to $96 per barrel.
