Techub News reports, according to Cointelegraph, that investment bank Morgan Stanley has launched a cryptocurrency trading pilot on its ETrade platform, charging clients a fee of 50 basis points per trade, which is lower than the basic retail pricing of Coinbase, Robinhood, and Charles Schwab.
The pilot is currently only open to some users and is expected to be fully rolled out to E
Trade’s 8.6 million clients within the year.
About a month earlier, Morgan Stanley just launched a spot Bitcoin ETF (MSBT), which received $30.6 million in inflows on its first day.
Currently, several Wall Street giants including Charles Schwab and Goldman Sachs are accelerating their developments in cryptocurrency trading businesses.
