Its final valuation is expected to be set at around $45 billion. Verified through multiple authoritative channels, an insider said: “The two sides are indeed discussing it. However, the valuation has not yet been finally confirmed.” The insider also disclosed, “At the same time, there are many potential investors involved in the financing negotiations, including several internet giants and other state-owned funds.” However, the insider added that, at this stage, all investment institutions participating in the talks for this financing round are keeping a low profile.
