I often see people panic and ask questions about bull runs, but they actually don't understand what's really happening. So I want to explain from my experience watching several cycles.
So a bull run is a period when crypto suddenly skyrockets and everything feels euphoric. Prices rise quickly, investors rush in, and the market becomes a roller coaster that keeps climbing. It usually starts with Bitcoin, then the effect spreads to other altcoins.
I've noticed there’s a repeating pattern. First, there's an accumulation phase, where patient people buy while everything is still calm. Then prices start to gradually rise during the recovery phase. The third phase is the craziest—full euphoria, media hype, everyone FOMO and wants to buy anything. Finally, there's the distribution phase, where those who have made profits start taking their gains and the market begins to wobble.
It's easy to tell when you're in a bull run. Just look for rapid price increases, social media full of hype, NFTs and DeFi trending, new projects popping up every week. People who usually don't care about crypto suddenly start asking which coins are good. Those are classic signs.
A bull run is a momentum you can take advantage of, but you have to be smart. There’s more liquidity in the market, crypto adoption is increasing, and investment opportunities are wide open. But remember, risks are also there. Bubbles can burst at any time, and declines can be sharp. I’ve seen this in 2017 and 2021—both were crazy.
If you want to seize the opportunity, focus on serious projects, not just hype. Or you can trade with a clear strategy. The important thing is not to follow the crowd without a plan. Stay calm, manage your risks, and don’t chase every pump.
So, do you think a bull run will come again? Have you experienced 2017 or 2021? Share your story in the comments—I want to hear other people's perspectives on this cycle.
