The 5 Stages of AI Development

AI 1.0 Sensory Recognition AI (2010-2022): can only see and hear, solving basic perception problems, such as Siri and facial recognition

AI 2.0 Generative AI (2022-2023): can create content; ChatGPT and Midjourney are representatives of this stage

AI 3.0 Conversational Large Models (2023-2024): supports multi-round interaction + tool calling; GPT-4 and Gemini are typical examples

AI 4.0 General AI Agents (2024-2026): can take the initiative to get things done; OpenClaw (lobster) is the product of this stage

AI 5.0 Vertical AI Agents (after 2026):
Focus on solving professional problems in a single domain—for example, Xiaopeng’s in-car intelligent agent
From passive response to proactively solving problems, and then to deep cultivation in vertical scenarios, AI will soon disrupt every industry.
In the quantitative arbitrage track, AI has already started to use Ai to formulate plans, execute them, feed back data, and then optimize.
OneAgent is a quantitative trading strategy that ordinary people can participate in.
