LayerZero CEO Says KelpDAO Claims Are Unfounded, Cites Manual 1/1 Config Change

Bryan Pellegrino said most accusations around KelpDAO were untrue and said on-chain records show its configuration was manually changed to a 1/1 setup on April 1, 2024. Pellegrino said LayerZero documentation had repeatedly recommended a 2/3 configuration for production, and he said an external security firm will confirm the findings in a later report.
