I just got a little itchy again and wanted to chase a move, almost pressed the confirm button, when suddenly a thought popped into my head: Is this information pushing me, or are my emotions pushing my position? To put it simply, if I can't clearly explain "why I must buy now," then it's probably just fear of missing out.

Recently, cross-chain bridges have had issues again, and oracles are acting up, with quotes going haywire. Everyone's saying "wait for confirmation," and I actually agree with that. When something abnormal happens on the chain, the most expensive thing isn't the transaction fee, but the fact that you think you're bottom-fishing when you're actually catching a flying knife.

By the way, I admit: a couple of days ago, I almost uninstalled my trading app, feeling like I was reacting purely on reflex... But then I thought, forget it, uninstalling doesn't solve the problem. Set a cooling-off period + watch fewer candlestick charts, and first pull my hand out of emotion before making any moves.
