When new L1/L2s roll out incentives and TVL suddenly gets pulled up, the query volume shoots up, the indexing can’t keep pace, the RPC is rate-limited, and the experience feels like the page keeps spinning and the data is running behind by a beat. In plain terms, saving a few bucks on gas doesn’t matter—when it really counts, slippage and latency are what truly hurt… These days I’d rather wait two more seconds to confirm, or switch to another RPC/backup entry, than rush to hit confirm. Anyway, “mining, bidding, selling” may be lively, but don’t treat yourself like a stress-testing tool.
