That liquidation threshold in lending is really not that scary. When I’m three steps away from the red line, I usually stop first, no adding to positions and no stubbornness. First, review your position and collateral, don’t rely on thoughts like "it should rebound" to keep you going. If you can add margin, do so, but I more often do the opposite—reduce leverage, sell a small part to regain a safety margin, even if sold at an uncomfortable level, it’s better than being wiped out in one shot. Also, set up alerts properly, don’t stare at K-line charts until you become numb... Honestly, liquidation isn’t about the market defeating you; it’s about you running out of tolerance. Recently, I’ve been talking about modularization and the DA layer. Developers are so excited, but as a user, I just focus on whether my wallet can withstand the volatility. No matter how big the story gets, I need to survive first.
