The biggest insight since I got into this circle is just four words: **unity of knowledge and action**.

But I still haven’t managed to do it.
I wrote it down very clearly during my review—if the trend hasn’t finished playing out, I hold; if it breaks down, I leave. Yet when it’s real, when it goes up I want to run, and when it goes down I want to hold. Strategy is strategy, and the hands are the hands—each person does their own thing 🥲
The most ironic part is that every time I get liquidated, I feel like I’ve finally reached enlightenment. Then I tell myself, “Next time I’ll change for sure.” But when the next time comes, it’s the same as before—when I should be timid, I rush in; when I should rush in, I hold back. It’s identical to before the liquidation.
So let me be blunt: if you can’t control yourself, stay away from the crypto market. This isn’t a joke. You won’t be able to earn this money—so don’t force it, and don’t just hard-send it.
As for me, I know I still haven’t cultivated enough, but I don’t want to just admit defeat like this. I’ll try one more time—what if next time I really achieve **unity of knowledge and action**? What if 😂
