Recently, I’ve been getting a bit itchy from all that social mining stuff. Honestly, it’s not about lacking points; it’s the progress bar and badges that make me want to “finish it,” just like collecting cards as a kid. I know it’s not really useful, but I can’t help myself. As a result, I look up and find my time has been drained, and my identity has just turned into a string of task records, which is quite amusing.

What’s even more ridiculous is that now there’s an added layer of AI Agents and automated trading shells. Everyone is hyping up “letting robots help you interact,” which sounds very convenient, but who’s really paying attention to security… The more permissions granted and the more scripts run, the more likely it is that one day you get exploited, and it might not even be the market’s fault. Anyway, my current principle is pretty simple: don’t click on badges for protocols you don’t plan to use long-term. If you want to participate, do it manually and in small amounts, and don’t turn yourself into a worker for points.
