Protect your assets in the decentralized world before it’s too late
Web3 gives freedom — but with freedom comes full responsibility. There is no “forgot password” button. No bank support. No chargebacks. One mistake can cost everything.
Why Web3 Security Matters
The Web3 space is growing fast, and so are the threats: • Phishing attacks disguised as airdrops or mint links
• Fake DApps that drain wallets on approval
• Smart contract bugs exploited for millions
• Social engineering tricks targeting new users
• Clipboard malware replacing wallet addresses
In Web3, attackers don’t break systems — they trick people.
Core Security Rules (Non-Negotiable)
1) Your Seed Phrase = Your Entire Bank
• Never share it with anyone
• Never store it online (Google Drive, Notes, Screenshots = risky)
• Write it offline and keep it secure
2) Use Hardware Wallets for Serious Funds
Hot wallets are for interaction.
Cold wallets are for storage.
If you hold significant crypto, hardware wallets reduce risk massively.
3) Always Verify Before You Click
• Double-check URLs (fake domains are common)
• Avoid links from DMs or unknown sources
• Bookmark official sites only
4) Smart Contract Approvals = Hidden Risk
• Revoke unused token approvals regularly
• Don’t blindly approve unlimited access
• Always read what you’re signing
5) Separate Your Wallets
• Trading wallet (small funds)
• Storage wallet (cold, untouched funds)
• Testing wallet (for unknown dApps)
Never mix them.
