Talking about holding long-term, but as soon as the wallet gets bigger, it starts to get messy: clicking on chain A, transferring on chain B, assets broken into crumbs like cookies, and in the end, I have to rely on "feelings" to see the total amount... My current quick fix is: one main wallet as a storage, only transferring "cash needed today" outward, and using other chains as small change wallets that are recovered once used up; checking accounts once a week on a fixed day, otherwise someone like me who buys on rise and sells on fall can get wiped out in minutes. After hearing about thefts via cross-chain bridges, I dare not jump around anymore, preferring to wait for confirmation even if it's slow, especially with those abnormal quotes from oracles during glitches—jumping in to catch the knife really fits my personality... For now, I’ll keep it like this, reducing the number of cross-chain steps I take.
