Lately, interacting with airdrops has been kind of exhausting for me: I'm afraid of missing out if I don't do it, but doing too much feels like I'm just helping others wash their tokens.

Then I came up with a simple trick: first ask myself, "Even if I miss the airdrop on this project, will I still use it?"
If the answer is no, then don't force it; if I do want to interact, I only use a clean wallet with a small amount of funds, and record the cost in my memo—like buying a ticket, don't get too deep.
And those social tasks they ask for—basically just filtering free labor—I usually skip them directly, to avoid getting rekt and then blaming myself for not trying hard enough.
Now with NFT royalties being such a hot topic, creators want money, secondary markets want liquidity, but in the end, the pressure is still shifted onto users…
Anyway, I prefer to go slow, avoid pitfalls, and if I miss out, just pretend I didn't hear this song.
